Premium support

The Premium Support package is designed for large businesses and educational organizations that require high availability, up-to-date software and worry-free unlimited technical support. This package is available to Collaba Open Server customers that hold more than 250 active user licenses.

This package includes:

  • Collaba server software + documentation
  • Full e-mail support (unlimited incidents)
  • Access to all releases (11.0, 11.1, 12.0, etc.)
  • Free Early Access Program


Standard support

The Standard Support package is for small and midsize businesses, educational organizations and other communities that require support for setting up, configuring and administering their Collaba server. This package is provided with Collaba Bronze, Silver and Gold Editions.

This package includes:

  • Collaba 11.x server software + documentation
  • Access to web-based service request form (3 incidents)
  • Access to patches and minor updates within the same version line you purchased (11.0, 11.1, 11.x)

Basic support

The Basic Support package is for small work teams that wish to keep their costs down by opting out of standard support and instead relying on the outstanding documentation included with Collaba. This package is provided with Collaba Project Servers.

This package includes:

  • Collaba 11.x server software + documentation
  • Access to patches and minor updates within the same version line you purchased (11.0, 11.1, 11.x)



Access to upgrades

As indicated in the description of the support package that was included with your purchase, you are entitled to certain software updates and/or upgrades. If you purchased Collaba Open Server, all updates and upgrades are always included as long as you have a valid annual license. All other Collaba products (ie perpetual licenses) allow you to get free patches and minor updates within the same version line you purchased.

For example, if you purchased Collaba Bronze Edition 11.0, you would have free access to any software update whose version number starts with 11 (ex: 11.0.1, 11.1, 11.2, etc.). Version 12 however would be a major upgrade from version 11, and since it is not in the same version line as the one you purchased, it would not be accessible to you. If you purchased a perpetual license from one version line (ex: 11.0) and wish to upgrade to another version line (ex: 12.0), you would need to purchase new perpetual licenses for Collaba 12. ** Please note that these restrictions do not apply to Collaba Open Server customers with valid annual licenses.

Also, please note that if you purchased perpetual licenses from a previous version line (ex: 11.0), your Download account on this site will not display software upgrades for more recent version lines (ex: 12.0). Only customers who are eligible for an upgrade can see it through their Download account.
